Rates and Policies

Our standard suite rate is $200.00 per night plus tax based on double occupancy. Up to 2 additional guests may be added at an additional charge of $25.00 per guest utilizing the sleeper sofas in the living and sun room, and sharing the suite bathroom. The maximum number of guests allowed is 4.

Our foliage season(September 20 - October 31) rate is $220.00 per night plus tax based on double occupancy. Up to 2 additional guests may be added at an additional charge of $25.00 per guest utilizing the sleeper sofas in the living and sun room, and sharing the suite bathroom. The maximum number of guests allowed is 4.

In order to secure your reservation we require full payment for one night, and a 50% deposit for multiple night visits, including tax. We accept the credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER). The balance of your payment, if any, is due upon check-in.

Pet disclosure and policy: We thoroughly love pets and have two Labs named Chocholat and Chip, but we do not allow other pets on the premises. If you are traveling with a pet please call us if you would like us to help arrange accommodations for your pet.

Check in time is between 4 PM and 9 PM, and Check out time is 11:00 AM. Please call us if you would like to arrive or checkout outside of these times, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a return of payment minus a $25.00 fee. Cancellations made later then that will result in a loss of payment unless we are able to rebook the suite, in which case you will be refunded in the amount of the rebooked price minus a $25.00 fee.

Amenity use policy. Use of amenities is restricted to the exclusive and private use of our registered guests.

Smoking Policy. Smoking is not allowed in the building or on any of the decks.
